South Carolina in the Fall is a beautiful time to visit.

Early fall photo tour of downtown Summerville, South Carolina. It was a beautiful day here in Summerville South Carolina, especially for being early Fall. Nick and I took some time to relax and to take pictures while walking around downtown Summerville for a while.

Summerville is just north of Charleston, SC, about 20 minutes by car from downtown Charleston. We have visited South Carolina several times in the past and have lived here for the past three months. We enjoy the friendly people with their southern hospitality and the fun atmosphere of this town.

We took the following pictures of downtown Summerville South Carolina in mid September.

Stopping at a small coffee shop on Main street and just simply enjoyed a quiet Sunday afternoon together. A Sunday in downtown Summerville, SC, is peaceful and very pleasant! Daily temperatures in Summerville in early fall range between about a high of 87°F to a low of 73°F. To me, this is perfect strolling through town weather.

This will be our winter season living in a

Southern state like South Carolina.

It is going to be very strange for us, I think. The leaves up north are starting to turn color now and both Nick and I are looking forward to a road trip back to Minnesota and South Dakota in about a month from now.

We will be sure to take a break from visiting family and friends to take lots of Nature shots in Minnesota as well.
