Lemon Lime Dressing Recipe
Basic Salad Dressing Ingredients and Lemon/Lime Squeezer
Lemon Lime Salad Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Lemons – squeezed
- 3 Limes – squeezed
- 1 – 2 tsp minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Cut the ingredients in half for 2 people.
Directions:
Cut the lemons and limes in half. Use Zulay’s lemon lime squeezer to extract all the juices into a medium sized bowl. Add the oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. No blender needed. Simply stir, pour over your salad and enjoy!
You can also mix all the ingredients in a shaker cup or glass mason jar with a secure lid. Tighten the lid, shake vigorously until the olive oil and lemon/lime juices are well blended, about 1 minute of shaking.
Your homemade salad dressing can be stored in the refrigerator, using your air-tight container, for up to a week.
