Spaghetti Bolognese is so easy it will be your next go to meal.

This is the third recipe for our ‘Easy Recipes for Two‘ video series, a delicious and super easy Spaghetti Bolognese. Our goal is to show beginner cooks how easy it is to make healthy, inexpensive and delicious meals for two. By the way, you can always double the ingredient list to feed a family of four or more.

The total time spent on making this pasta dish was only about 12 minutes. It takes just a few minutes of prep time. If you want to break away from the traditional pasta and canned spaghetti sauce then this recipe allows you to do just that. Be sure to check out the recipe video!

Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Spaghetti Bolognese is an Easy Recipe for Two

Super Easy Spaghetti Bolognese Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup of tomatoes, not drained or fresh tomatoes cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup water or red wine

Cooking Directions:

Heat a large skillet to brown hamburger and a pot to boil the noodles in.

Drain any grease and water from the pan once the meat is browned.

Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are softened, about 3 minutes.

Add tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, Paprika, and Black Pepper to taste.

Add water and/or wine, stir and let everything heat through.

Serve noodles and sauce on plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Moving away from the traditional red sauce, this Super Easy Spaghetti Bolognese recipe allows you to experience all of the flavors of the meal. The tomatoes taste fresh and the hint of wine and black pepper are subtle enough not to overpower the meal.
