A breakfast quiche perfect for a King or Queen.
I love making easy, one bowl recipes like this cheesy quiche. An egg bake, which is what a French quiche really is, is a great recipe for your Sunday brunch. Our spinach and ham quiche also makes a wonderful weeknight dinner.
You can prepare this one bowl quiche with very basic ingredients the night before. It only takes a few minutes to mix it all together, then keep the quiche in the fridge until you’re ready to bake it the next day.
To make individual little quiches, simply pour the batter into a greased or non-stick silicon muffin tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes or until the eggs have set. Fun for kids or for a breakfast get-together with friends and family. Scroll down to see step by step pictures.

This is a very versatile recipe as you can substitute almost all of the ingredients. For instance, instead of ham you could use leftover grilled chicken breast pieces. You can also add a lot of items such as peppers, mushrooms or onions.
This is a great recipe for beginner cooks to play around with!
End result
The ham and spinach quiche turned out wonderfully light and fluffy. I have never made this healthy egg bake recipe before and was pleasantly surprised on how flavorful it was.
This is a wonderful dish for weeknight dinner or Sunday brunch.
To make individual single serve quiches pour the egg bake batter into a non-stick silicon muffin tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes or until the eggs have set.
If you’re cooking for two, simply divide the ingredients in half. Planning on feeding a large family? Double the recipe and bake in two dishes. Serve your egg bake or quiche with a fruit salad and freshly baked croissants.
