For a nice evening meal that offers a step above just regular spaghetti or take out. This chicken, spinach, mushroom and cheese recipe is sure to be a hit. You’ll have this ready in an hour, half of which is the bake time.

Easy Chicken Bake Recipe
Chicken Bake with Spinach Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb. of spaghetti noodles
- 3 oz. of baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 a chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (4 oz.) package of freshly sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (5 oz.) Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp.. Italian herbs
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook spaghetti in a larger saucepan then needed to allow room to add your spinach leaves a minute before the noodles are completely cooked.
On another burner cook the onions in the butter using a large skillet until lightly brown. Stir in mushrooms and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Add broth stirring occasionally until thickened.
Drain the spaghetti and place back in the pan.
Add to your mushroom mix, the chicken, cooking crème, and Parmesan. Mix well. Pour the contents into a baking dish that has been lined with cooking spray. Cover.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and add Mozzarella and remaining Parmesan. Return to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted on the top.
This chicken bake with spinach turns out scrumptious every single time we make it. The cheese is golden, the sauce is creamy and the dish itself is very filling.

This easy to make chicken bake offers a nice variety from just regular spaghetti and tomato sauce, plus its less work than putting together a big pan of lasagna.
