Well, the month went by faster than I can tell you… I tried to document any changes that I felt along the way. At the end of our review period we both felt energized and we truly benefited from the digestive results that came with taking these vitamins and supplements.

Other noticeable effects: complexion improvements, softer hair and firmer nails. My energy level has improved and so has Silke’s. The picture above shows us after hiking into the Waipio Valley, HI, where the road is narrow, impossibly steep (25% average grade), and rough.
