  • Put all of the chicken thighs in a baking pan, cover with tin foil and you will be ready to roast them.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes at 375°F. Remove foil and broil for 8-10 minutes, until tops of thighs are crispy.  
  • Sprinkle with fresh chives or parsley flakes before serving
