End result

Even though we removed all of the skin and fat, the chicken stayed moist and delicious. We used a Honey Mustard BBQ sauce that added a nice sweet touch to the meal. Any flavor BBQ sauce will do just fine.

The Potato Wedges were crispy and spicy on the outside with a soft center. We had fresh Green Beans on the side which were flavorful and complimented the meal perfectly. No butter or oil was needed to make this healthy BBQ chicken dinner .
