Harry Bosch Gimlet Recipe
Learn how to make a Gin Gimlet from the Harry Bosch novels.
Nick is an avid Harry Bosch follower! Of course we have every one of Michael Connelly books in hard cover. We have even doubled up on a couple of them. Like the signed copy of The Scarecrow we have from seeing Michael Connelly at one of his book signing events in Chicago. Yup, that’s Nick and I in the picture with Mr Connelly.
Many of our readers are also fans of this crime fighter series and we’ve been asked for the Harry Bosch Gimlet Recipe several times now. I asked Nick about it and he only knew about Harry’s favorite beer ‘Fat Tire’ and his favorite jazz musician, Art Pepper.
So I went to the source and asked Michael Connelly on his Facebook page. “Is there a Harry Bosch Gimlet Recipe?” Several days later I received my reply, “No, not yet!” Hmmm….
Here is a Gin Gimlet recipe I found that just might be Harry’s favorite.
Harry Bosch Gin Gimlet Recipe:
3 ounces Gin (Back River Gin if it’s available to you)
1/2 ounce fresh Lime juice
1/2 ounce Rose’s Lime Juice
Shake above ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!

Jeff,
Too funny! Maybe we can start a petition to Amazon to get this ball rolling. Throw up a FB page and see how many likes we can get. The majority will have spoken!
Here is the link to the new Harry Bosch pilot episode on Amazon, it’s a free 45 minute show and well worth watching. Take a look:
