Our well cared for home is SOLD!

Can you believe it? The house was on the market for only 1 week. Wow! Kudos to our real estate lady.

The four most important factors when getting your home ready to put on the market:

• Find a realtor you like, trust and who responds to your inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Stage your home as much as possible, remove personal items, open blinds and curtains.
• Try to detach yourself emotionally from your home before the first showing.
• Keep your home clean, vaccuum and dust daily.
