Jager Foods Shiitake Soups were first created in 1985 by Pete and Sue Jager. In 2007 Nick and Silke Jager created an online presence. Unfortunately, a year later we had to stop producing our famous Shiitake soups. However, in the spirit of good food and the love to read, write and travel the website lives on.-
