Homemade Kahlua by Nick & Silke
3 c sugar1/2 c instant coffee
3 c water
1/4 tsp salt
Bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes. Let cool.
Add 1 tbsp vanilla and 2 cups good quality Vodka. Pour into a dark bottle and store for 2 weeks.
Easy Spinach Dip
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 packet onion soup mix
pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to mingle. It doesn't get any easier than that.
